Senior SAP HR Business Analyst

Senior SAP HR Business Analyst Needed in Downtown Calgary! $75/hour Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior SAP HR Business Analyst in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client is looking to hire a Senior SAP HR Business Analyst for a large SAP transformation project. They're looking for someone who can sit between HR business leaders and the SAP technical team, make design decisions, and ensure HR processes work properly across SAP and connected systems like Workday, Success Factors, and Fieldglass.

• Manage HR system integrations - Workday, Success Factors, Fieldglass, reporting and analytic tools
• Testing and go-live readiness
• Supporting the SAP transformation program - reviewing designs, identifying risk, making recommendations
• Design HR processes in SAP
• Lead workshops and gather requirements - understanding current processes, identifying gaps, and recommend SAP best practices

• 8+ years of SAP Human Resources experience
• Working experience with ERP implementations
• Completed post-secondary
• Strong working experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Human Resources
• Experience with Workday, SAP Success Factors, and Fieldglass
• Understanding of master data and transactional data critical to HR operations

• $70.00 - $75.00 hourly
• 9-month contract with chance of extension
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, hybrid work model (3 days in-office)
