As part of the People & Culture team at Trimac, the Director of Talent will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent strategies. This role focuses on aligning acquisition, performance management, and leadership development with organizational objectives and creating a pipeline of future leaders.

Your role will help to integrate AI within talent practices to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated talent strategies aligned with business goals

• Lead talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives

• Establish succession and performance management programs

• Promote capability building with AI technologies

• Foster leadership alignment and enhance feedback mechanisms
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 8+ years in Talent or Organizational Development

• Expertise in talent lifecycle and AI integration

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities
