This full-time Payroll Administrator position involves responsibilities such as payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and supporting benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately
• Maintain employee payroll data for new hires and changes
• Review payroll transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Support payroll compliance with legislation and standards
• Assist employees with payroll inquiries and timekeeping issues
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of payroll administration experience
• Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Post-secondary education in Payroll or related fields
• Familiarity with payroll legislation and systems
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Support diverse payroll activities and strengthen your skills in a dynamic Calgary office.
