Job Description & How to Apply Below

Insight Global is looking for a HR Analyst to join a leading agriculture company. In the role of HR Analyst, Reporting and Analytics, you would work as part of a multidisciplinary HR and reporting team to design, build and deliver payroll, time and attendance, and workforce reporting in support of a newly implemented SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Work Force Software (WFS) environment.

The immediate focus is closing out a backlog of reporting requests and standing up the reporting layer for the new ECP/WFS system, so hands‑on experience with SAP payroll and time reporting is essential. Knowledge of payroll and time data structures, together with demonstrated skill in translating business needs into clear, reliable reports, is central to the role. The successful candidate works effectively whether independently or as part of a team, and is adaptable, resourceful and able to deliver in an agile manner.

This role is hybrid in Calgary, but remote candidates will still be considered.

  • Build, test and validate reports and extracts from SAP payroll (ECC and/or ECP), WFS, and Success Factors EC, using tools such as SpinifexIT.
  • Reconcile reporting outputs against source payroll and time systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity.

  • Support and train staff and users to work with the delivered reports and reporting tools.
  • Work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment, coordinating across HR, Payroll and IT stakeholders in both Canada, United States, and Australia.
