In this role, you will oversee payroll, employee benefits, pension administration, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle payroll for faculty and staff

• Administer employee benefits and pension programs

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle

• Maintain confidential employee files and HRIS records

• Implement HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR and payroll experience

• PCP designation preferred, CPHR an asset

• Experience in a unionized environment

• Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
