Suncor is seeking a collaborative HR Business Partner to support operations at our Fort Hills site in Alberta. This fly-in/fly-out role partners with leaders to deliver guidance on talent, workforce planning, and employee relations while upholding our people practices.
The position involves on-site work at the Fort Hills camp, fly-in from Calgary or Edmonton, a 4-on/3-off rotation, on-call rotation, and a focus on creating a positive, high-performing work environment.
