Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions

• Develop sourcing strategies to engage top talent

• Utilize job boards and Linked In for talent pipeline

• Ensure smooth candidate interview experiences

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, agency preferred

• Strong sourcing techniques and Linked In Recruiter proficiency

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with applicant tracking systems
