This full-time, in-office role seeks an individual with extensive experience in human resources within large-scale project environments. You will provide strategic HR counsel to leadership on organizational effectiveness, conflict resolution, and talent management. Your influence will be pivotal in enhancing workforce readiness and facilitating change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counsel on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness

• Support leaders with conflict management and talent management strategies

• Identify and address emerging workforce issues promptly

• Implement HR programs and policies for major project clients

• Ensure HR practices are consistently applied across initiatives
Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience

• Post-secondary education in HR or related fields

• CPHR designation preferred

• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
