HR Advisor for Client Support

In this pivotal role, you will provide dedicated HR advisory services, managing HR operational matters while guiding clients through HR policies and procedures. Collaborate across HR functions to enhance documentation and continuously improve process efficiency. Your insights will help resolve complex issues, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR advice to client groups on operational matters
• Develop and maintain HR documentation and templates
• Offer timely guidance on HR programs and policies
• Manage Tier 2 cases with established systems
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years of HR operations experience, ideally in oil and gas
• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field
• CPHR designation or pursuing it is a plus
• Familiarity with HR systems like SAP or Workday
• Authorized to work in Canada
