• Create annual HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Oversee leadership training and performance management

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel or hospitality HR leadership

• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR practices

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
