HR Advisory Manager at Cenovus

Lead Tier 2 HR service delivery as the HR Advisory Manager rsee a dedicated team to enhance employee-centered HR support across Canadian operations.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of HR Operations, focusing on efficiency in service delivery and employee development. The ideal candidate has 12 years of progressive HR experience and proficiency with Service Now, Workday, or SAP. You will manage sensitive matters, ensuring compliance with policies, while positively impacting the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily HR Advisory team operations and ensure effective delivery

• Cultivate team performance by aligning priorities and supporting growth

• Implement and improve HR tools, policies, and procedures

• Handle confidential matters, including escalations and reorganizations

• Develop operationally sound Tier 2 HR solutions for compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in HR

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional organizational abilities for multi-tasking

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
