• Monitor ongoing compliance with HR policies and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll and recruitment

• Hands-on knowledge of HRIS platforms, especially SAP Success Factors

• Strong understanding of Canadian employment legislation

• Proven ability to develop and enhance HR processes
