Senior Human Resources Business Partner Role

Join Nutrien as a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, driving strategic initiatives for organizational growth. Work remotely or on-site in Calgary or Saskatoon.

Reporting to the Director of HR, this key leadership role requires extensive HR business partnering experience with a focus on talent development and change management. You will collaborate with senior leadership and utilize your advanced HR knowledge to influence business outcomes through effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine HR priorities that support strategic roadmaps

• Serve as a consultant to manage organizational change

• Provide HR expertise regarding Total Rewards and talent acquisition

• Design change management plans for client groups

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management

• At least 10 years of business partnering experience

• Leadership experience of 4+ years

• Familiarity with agriculture or chemical practices advantageous

• Ability to travel and adapt to business needs
