• Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
• Design, configure and document SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisitions (Smart Recuiters & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements
• Assist in developing functional specification for developments
• Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user's lack of experience
• Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users

Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here’s what we look for:

• Proven experience configuring SAP Success Factors Talent Acquisition (Smart Recuiters & Onboarding) modules
• Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP Success Factors modules
• Ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
• Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations)
• Experience leading teams in SAP Success Factors projects for Talent Acquisition (Smart Recuiters & Onboarding) modules
• Experience leading client workshops, and creating of documentation and training materials

This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
