Hexagon's Senior Director of P&C Operations

Drive Hexagon's global People & Culture advisory initiatives as the Senior Director located in Calgary, AB / Tucson, AZ / Morton, IL. This key role centers on operational frameworks and employee relations to support a connected workforce.

As the leader in this role, you will report directly to the Vice President of People & Culture. Your extensive HR experience, especially in advisory and operational roles, will help implement effective governance and service delivery models that enhance the employee lifecycle. You will also mentor a skilled Advisory team while ensuring consistent support globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead People & Culture advisory strategies

• Mentor a high-performing global P&C Advisory team

• Resolve complex employee relations issues effectively

• Enhance People & Culture processes and service delivery

• Collaborate with diverse HR leaders for improved outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

• 12+ years in Human Resources with a global focus

• 10+ years leading international HR advisory teams

• Deep understanding of HR compliance and risk management

• Exceptional consulting and relationship-building skills
