Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate compensation data for market analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience

• Strong compensation and total rewards expertise

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field

• Excellent project management and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
