Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on recruitment strategies

• Direct full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for pipeline projects

• Build diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing methods

• Analyze recruitment metrics for continuous process improvement

• Promote inclusion and accessibility through recruitment practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or similar

• At least 10 years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience

• Expertise in large-scale and Indigenous recruitment

• Proven capacity in managing recruitment agencies

• Strong proficiency with recruitment technologies
