Position: Calgary HR Business Partner Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR programs and processes across departments

• Provide practical HR guidance and interpretations

• Monitor staffing strategies and employee engagement

• Analyze HR metrics and suggest vital improvements

• Assist with employee recruitment and integration

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• At least five years in a Business Partner or HR role

• Preferred CPHR designation

• Required experience in disability management

• Effective written and verbal communication skills
