This position, a 12-month maternity leave backfill, aims to support the national delivery of BDO's leadership development programs. As a crucial team member, you will engage with a variety of stakeholders to create exceptional learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the design and execution of leadership initiatives

• Mentor and manage one Coordinator in talent development
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in program management and facilitation
