This role integrates strategic oversight of recruitment, engagement, and performance for legal professionals within the Firm's Corporate Department. As a director, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to implement initiatives that foster associate success while monitoring their career trajectories. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement associate integration and retention strategies

• Manage performance evaluation and compensation processes

Requirements:

• JD or Bachelor's degree in law required

• Five years of legal experience, preferably in Corporate law
