Platform Human Resources Manager

Be the driving force behind HR at Platform Calgary as the Manager of People & Culture. Engage directly with team members in a flexible hybrid work setting to promote relationships and cultural integrity.

As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle and provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives. This role requires hands-on management of HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll compliance and benefits administration. You will be an integral partner to the Executive Leadership Team in fostering a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed the Platform Way in all HR programs

• Collaborate with leadership for effective HR outcomes

• Ensure compliance with policies and employment standards

• Optimize HRIS for efficiency in processes

• Enhance employee experience from hiring to offboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in HR, particularly payroll

• Proven track record in employee lifecycle management

• Knowledge of HRIS and AI tools

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Relevant educational background in Human Resources
