Drive HR initiatives at HMSHost as an HR Business Partner I at Calgary Airport. This role combines strategic HR management with operational collaboration to enhance team engagement and performance.

The HR Business Partner I will implement HR policies under the People and Culture Director's guidance, supporting less than 600 team members across Food & Beverage and Retail. This role requires strong expertise in employee relations and compliance, ensuring that HR practices align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR activities for a cluster of airport locations

• Oversee the full team member life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding

• Advise on performance management and employee engagement

• Address team member relations issues proactively

• Conduct investigations and support labor relations activities

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of HR experience, including leadership roles

• Hospitality, Food, or Retail industry experience preferred

• SHRM-SCP or HRCI-SPHR certification preferred

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage multiple HR projects
