In this essential HR Business Partner role, you will work with key leaders to develop and implement relevant people strategies that align with the core values of Loblaw Companies Limited. Your expertise in Labour Relations will be critical in maintaining positive relationships and driving organizational success through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with management on defining HR strategies
• Provide comprehensive HR guidance, including employee relations
• Initiate and drive HR-related projects and improvements
• Actively mentor and coach team members to enhance engagement
• Promote a positive work culture and employee experience
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years progressive HR experience required
• Understanding of client relationship management essential
• Preferred CHRP designation or similar advanced degree
• Excellent confidentiality and integrity management skills
• Competent with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
