As the HR Generalist, you will report to the Director of Human Resources and operate within a thriving environment focused on excellent results and employee satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing onboarding processes, conducting HR audits, and analyzing key metrics to enhance performance outcomes. A minimum of three years’ HR experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main HR liaison for employees and managers

• Execute employee engagement and performance management initiatives

• Prepare internal documentation in English and French

• Conduct data analysis for HR metrics improvements

• Support health and safety compliance across locations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience

• Familiarity with HRIS and reporting systems

• Strong communication skills in both languages

• Capable of managing employee relations issues

• Technologically adept with an interest in HR systems
