Director of Sales
Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives in a growth-driven environment? We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead a national sales team and drive market expansion for a company that designs and delivers innovative outdoor spaces that bring communities together. This role is a key member of the strategic leadership team and is responsible for developing a high-performance sales culture, executing modern sales strategies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and execute data-driven sales strategies to exceed annual revenue goals and expand market share
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing national sales team to achieve consistent success
  • Structure and optimize compensation programs, workflows, and sales processes to increase productivity and sales velocity
  • Build long-term partnerships with customers and distribution partners
  • Oversee forecasting for revenue, sales volume, and profitability across product lines
  • Drive full adoption and optimization of the CRM platform to ensure pipeline visibility and enhance lifecycle management
  • Implement standardized methodologies for lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and account management
  • Utilize market analytics and CRM insights to identify trends, improve win rates, and guide strategic planning
  • Manage revenue and expense budgets aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams on shared initiatives
  • Champion a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer-centricity
  • Who You Are
  • A proactive leader with 10+ years in sales management
    , including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Expert in pipeline management, forecasting, and enterprise-level CRM usage
  • A builder of high-performance teams who attracts and develops top talent
  • Skilled communicator and negotiator with strong business acumen
  • Disciplined, data-driven, and capable of managing competing priorities
  • Adept at identifying new market opportunities, distribution strategies, and product expansions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
