The Operations Manager will spearhead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination of goods from induction to delivery. This role is the backbone of our operational strategy, driving performance and meeting KPI targets.

• Managing and coordinating operational activities including induction, sortation, route planning, returns, dispatch, and on-road delivery support.
• Overall accountability for the delivery station’s performance and KPI achievement.
• Leading a dedicated team of supervisors, dispatchers, and vendors to foster teamwork, performance and continuous improvement.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring the seamless running of the station and providing hands‑on support to the team as needed.
• Coaching and mentoring staff, overseeing performance, and implementing corrective actions to meet KPI targets.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders for a cohesive operational approach.
• Advocating safe driving and station safety practices.
• Effectively delegating tasks and coordinating preventative maintenance for facility equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
• Utilizing the full suite of Fleet Optics software including phone app, online portal, and tracking page.

• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory/managerial experience in operations, preferably in transportation and logistics.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a high‑performing team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
• Post‑secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or operations is an asset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Some understanding of IT is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a keen focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Geographical knowledge of the Lower Mainland Area is preferred.
