The Senior Field Service Manager (Service Business Leader) is responsible for the operational, financial, and contractual performance of a portfolio of Honeywell P3 facilities management contracts across Canada. This role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable service delivery while protecting KPI performance, minimizing deductions and penalties, and maintaining strong customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will lead a multi‑site facilities organization, drive execution excellence, and develop teams capable of delivering consistent, audit‑ready, and risk‑aware performance in complex environments. Assist with Regional planning, forecasting and reporting activities.

Le Responsable Senior de Service Terrain (Leader des Activités de Service) est responsable de la performance opérationnelle, financière et contractuelle d'un portefeuille de contrats de gestion des installations P3 de Honeywell à travers le Canada. Ce rôle garantit une livraison de service sûre, conforme et fiable tout en protégeant la performance des KPI, en minimisant les déductions et les pénalités, et en maintenant de solides relations avec les clients, partenaires et parties prenantes.

Le candidat retenu dirigera une organisation multi-sites de gestion des installations, favorisera l’excellence de l’exécution et développera des équipes capables de fournir une performance cohérente, prête pour les audits et consciente des risques dans des environnements complexes. Il/elle aidera aux activités de planification, de prévision et de reporting régional.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership, Quality & Safety

  • Lead and develop Facility Managers and field teams, ensuring accountability for service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of safety, procedural discipline, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all operations comply with Honeywell and customer HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Operational & Business Leadership

  • Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery across multiple P3 facilities, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive consistent execution through Honeywell Management Operating Systems and standard work.
  • Implement operational improvements to reduce variability, enhance reliability, and manage risk.
  • Assist with Regional planning, forecasting and reporting activities.
  • Financial Performance, KPI Protection & Cost Control

  • Own delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the assigned portfolio, including revenue, operating income, working capital, and past‑due performance.
  • Monitor and manage KPI performance, ensuring proactive actions to prevent service credits, abatements, and financial exposure.
  • Drive cost control, productivity, and resource optimization while maintaining service quality.
  • Provide operational support and alignment for capital projects.
  • Contract, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with contract scope, performance measures, reporting requirements, and response obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate operational and contractual risks, implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Quality, and Project Management teams to ensure audit readiness and sustainable operational controls.
  • Monitor, trend, and report service KPIs, ensuring early visibility to performance gaps.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consortium partners, and facility stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues, KPI disputes, and operational concerns.
  • Foster transparent, fact‑based communication and trusted long‑term partnerships.
  • Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 40% across Canada for site visits, audits, and customer engagements.
  • Key Success Factors

  • Achievement of AOP financial, operational, and working capital targets.
  • Sustained KPI performance with minimal deductions or abatements.
  • High levels of contract compliance, audit readiness, and service quality.
