We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor, Landscaping, to lead and inspire our landscaping team in creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations related to landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, and construction projects. Your leadership will ensure high-quality work, adherence to safety standards, and efficient project completion. JOB DUTIES:

• Large-scale landscape installation, including residential communities, city parks, green space, and large commercial developments
• Coordinate, manage, and motivate the day-to-day activities of crew members and subcontractors
• Participate in construction activities and support your team in accomplishing daily production targets
• Implement operating methods and procedures designed to improve productivity and product quality with guidance from the Superintendent
• Review all project specifications, the scope of work, and site conditions with the Superintendent and help establish project schedules and priorities
• Identify hazards and other potential obstacles during project construction and recommend potential solutions
• Responsible for the overall health & safety of crew members and the job site, including training, incident reporting, and enforcement
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation, and communicate job expectations to direct reports
• Identify needs for supplies, materials, & equipment and report to the Superintendent at the beginning of each week
• Identify requirements for tools & equipment and ensure their availability prior to project construction
• Accountable for assigned trucks, trailers, bobcats, and other tools/equipment to ensure their safe operation and maintenance
