Regional Slots Manager Location:

Position Summary: The Regional Slots Manager is responsible for the
strategic leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of slot operations across multiple casino properties within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent execution of company standards,
regulatory compliance, revenue optimization, and
guest satisfaction while leading and developing property-level slot management teams.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership
Provide oversight and direction for slot operations across multiple casino propertiesEnsure consistency in slot floor standards, guest service, and operational proceduresPartner with property-level Slots Managers to achieve operational goalsConduct regular property visits, audits, and performance reviewsFinancial Performance & Strategy:Drive slot revenue growth through strategic planning, analytics, and performance optimizationDevelop and manage regional budgets and forecastsAnalyze key performance indicatorsOptimize slot mix, game placement, denominations, and progressive strategiesSlot Floor & Product Management:Oversee slot floor design, layout, and reconfigurations across the regionEvaluate and implement new slot products, systems, and technologiesManage relationships with slot vendors and manufacturersCoordinate slot procurement, installations, conversions, and removalsCompliance & Controls:Ensure all slot operations comply with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policiesOversee adherence to slot accounting, machine integrity, and security proceduresPartner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Surveillance teams as requiredTeam Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and develop regional and property-level slot management teamsSupport hiring, training, succession planning, and performance managementFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementGuest Experience & Marketing
Collaboration:
Collaborate with Marketing and Player Development teams to support promotions, events, and loyalty programsEnsure slot floors deliver an engaging, high-quality guest experienceAddress escalated guest concerns related to slot operationsQualifications: Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in casino slot operationsPrior multi-property or regional management experience strongly preferredKnowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of slot analytics, revenue optimization, and performance metricsIn-depth knowledge of slot systems and gaming regulationsProven leadership and team development skillsExcellent financial, analytical, and strategic planning abilitiesStrong communication and vendor negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and slot performance reporting toolsOther Requirements
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (inter provincial Alberta)Must meet all jurisdictional licensing and background check requirementsFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWork EnvironmentFast-paced casino and office environmentsFrequent travel between casino propertiesRequires standing, walking, and extended periods on casino floors#ABHO
