Responsibilities Lead, coach and direct District Managers within assigned region. Ensure DM’s weekly plans and store visits meet business needs.
Ensure district managers follow company programs and utilize company reports to drive results.
Enhance customer experience by maintaining high standards of freight management, visual merchandising, inventory mix and brand standards.
Lead and develop strong financial acumen within the team through regular business reviews.
Ensure effective and timely communication with District Managers, Store Support Center and the field team.
Encourage open communications with Store Managers, Store Associates and customers.
Partner with the Zone Vice President and Human Resources regarding human resources planning, recruitment, staffing, training, associate relations, performance management and health and safety.
Collaborate with Asset Protection to ensure loss prevention initiatives are in place to reduce shrinkage.
Full P&L Responsibility for all stores within the region.
Qualifications Proven leadership and communication skills
Degree preferred or equivalent experience
10+ years in multi-unit management in a high volume, high velocity environment
Proven ability to drive profitable sales growth
Discount retail experience and merchandising experience preferred
Navigate technology such as Microsoft, Excel, HRIS and company systems
