Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and property assessments

• Schedule and oversee contractors and service work

• Manage security systems and ensure safety protocols

• Act as the main contact for tenant requests

• Train and supervise facility staff

Requirements:

• Certification as a Boiler Operator or equivalent

• 10 years’ experience in building maintenance/management

• Must hold a valid driver’s license

• Capacity for lifting weights up to 70 pounds

• Proficient with MS Word software
