Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of several stores

• Resolve complex customer service issues efficiently

• Lead district meetings and training initiatives

• Maintain compliance with corporate policies

• Monitor sales and promotional program execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience strongly preferred

• At least 3-5 years of prior management experience

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
