Position: Dynamic District Manager Role Available
Join The Mobile Shop as a District Manager and enhance customer experiences across Alberta South. Leverage your leadership skills to drive sales and operational efficiency in multiple locations.

In this role, you will oversee a group of stores, mentoring Store Managers and Sales Associates while meeting sales and profitability objectives. Your responsibilities will include extensive travel for store visits, daily coaching sessions, and managing payroll accuracy. You will also engage in team recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly sales and operational targets in your district

• Travel for regular store evaluations and support

• Coach Store Managers and Sales Advisors daily

• Monitor inventory management processes effectively

• Foster productive relationships with Loblaw staff

Requirements:

• 3-5 years management experience, preferably in retail

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

• University degree or equivalent experience required

• Must travel extensively; valid driver’s license necessary
