Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning for indigenization initiatives

• Champion collaboration with Indigenous communities and partners

• Motivate the integration of Indigenous cultures in curricula

• Manage the Office of Indigenization and Decolonization effectively

• Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders in education

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Indigenous leadership

• Minimum of five years in a university setting

• Strong familiarity with reconciliation frameworks and policies

• Exceptional communication skills across diverse groups

• Experience in community-engaged research and practices
