Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary leader for Sales, Customer Care, and Support
• Translate business plans into clear operational priorities
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies promptly
• Champion customer-first attitudes across all teams
• Document and enforce standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• 5+ years of leadership in operations or general management
• Proven success with sales and service-oriented teams
• Strong coaching and development abilities
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada
