Expect to commit 25+ hours each week while establishing connections and driving the recruitment of new members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor executives on leadership excellence and decision-making

• Facilitate peer advisory group meetings for accountability

• Build and manage a local business network for recruitment

• Conduct coaching sessions to address business challenges

• Participate in ongoing training and development workshops

Requirements:

• Former executive with P&L responsibility of at least $1M

• Strong entrepreneurial and leadership presence

• Established connections within the business community

• Commitment to invest time and resources in the role

• Exceptional listening and questioning techniques for effective coaching
