In this pivotal position, the Director will serve as the strategic partner to the Chief Administrative Officer and the Firm Managing Partner. Your expertise will lead the definition of strategic frameworks and address enterprise-wide gaps while guiding high-stakes decision-making. This role requires strong leadership to navigate complex structures and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author in-depth strategic analyses for senior leadership

• Lead firm-wide strategic initiatives from concept to execution

• Develop implementation approaches for evolving strategies

• Facilitate decision-making forums across various stakeholders

• Craft impactful presentations and updates for executive audiences

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree preferred (MBA or equivalent)

• 8+ years in strategy or management consulting roles

• Proven experience in professional services or matrixed environments

• High autonomy in leading cross-functional initiatives

• Strong ability to identify risks and guide leadership decisions
