This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a motivated leader with strong claims handling and people management experience. You will coordinate claims adjusters, monitor team performance, and uphold compliance with standards.

Your role will also focus on enhancing operational processes and providing expert guidance on claims decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate claims adjusters in the claims process

• Monitor performance to ensure quality and compliance

• Organize team operations and manage resources effectively

• Identify scope for continuous improvement in operations

• Guide on claims handling and indemnity payment decisions

Requirements:

• 2+ years in Accident Benefits claims handling

• Strong leadership and change management skills

• Degree and/or CIP designation considered an asset

• Proficient with claims systems and digital tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
