The Assistant Service Manager will report directly to the Service Manager, contributing to the team's growth while ensuring superior service experiences. Candidates should possess supervisory skills and a strong background in retail service operations. You'll monitor work-in-progress, oversee administrative tasks, and take action on customer feedback promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain superior customer satisfaction and follow-up
• Perform administrative tasks like R.O. close out
• Develop and implement service team strategies
• Assign duties to staff with clear expectations
• Lead and manage the Service Department effectively
Requirements:
• Experience managing and developing employees
• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ford or PBS experience is an asset
• Commitment to community and customer excellence
