- Oversee procurement processes, contracts, and budgets
- Manage subcontractor RFIs, invoices, and documentation
- Conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned
- 5+ years in managing commercial construction projects
- Proven experience with ground-up project management
- Degree in engineering or construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and budgets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
