Project Manager for Retail Construction

In this role, you will capitalize on your expertise to oversee all phases of complex construction builds. From coordinating cross-functional teams to managing budgets, your leadership will be essential to successfully executing projects. Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align project aspects with retail operations and consultants

• Issue and negotiate contract changes as necessary

• Manage the documentation and follow-up on inspections

• Review and finalize shop drawings for accuracy

• Direct technical verifications and post-project interviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Technology

• 8+ years of project management experience in construction

• Comprehensive understanding of contract administration

• Excellent organizational and team leadership capabilities

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
