The Calgary Stampede is searching for an adaptable Ranch Foreman for the OH Ranch team. This role requires expertise in livestock handling, safety protocols, and ranch operations. By leading the ranch team and executing the grazing management plan, you will ensure efficient operations and high standards for animal care while actively participating in public programs and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day operations and manage livestock inventories

• Oversee herd health through practical veterinary care

• Conduct ranch maintenance and improvement projects

• Train and supervise seasonal staff responsively

• Monitor and report on ranch conditions and safety

Requirements:

• 3-5 years ranch experience with low-stress handling

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely

• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in maintenance and repairs of ranch equipment

• Class 1 Driver's License beneficial
