In this Project Manager position, you will plan and coordinate all daily activities while ensuring project milestones are met. Your familiarity with construction schedules, blueprint reading, and CAD software is essential. This position is located in a millwork shop; thus, physical attendance is necessary to coordinate the workflow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee subcontractor activities
• Create and manage construction schedules
• Develop action plans to ensure project timelines are met
• Interpret blueprints and technical documents
Requirements:
• Background in project management within construction
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office tools
• Must be able to handle a combination of work tasks
• Own vehicle is required for commuting
• Safety boots mandatory for site visits
