As the Manager for Customer Value Centre and Truck Modal Distribution, you’ll report to the Director of Logistics Cement. Your significant experience will drive operational strategies and foster interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring high standards in service and delivery. You will lead initiatives for customer satisfaction while managing logistics operations seamlessly across Western Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment and performance management for CVC team
• Improve shipping process for more timely deliveries
• Negotiate transportation contracts with third-party providers
• Ensure adherence to quality and service level agreements
• Manage departmental budgets and KPI reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in the transportation or cement industries
• Proficient with MS Office and knowledgeable in SAP
