Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project strategies focusing on budget and performance
• Oversee contract management and tendering processes
• Collaborate with architects on design specifications
• Develop project schedules in synergy with the team
• Ensure all construction permits are secured
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in construction management
• Relevant degree or CET/P.ENG designation
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
