Intact Personal Lines Leadership Manager

Join Intact as a Manager, Personal Lines in Calgary, AB. This hybrid leadership role is focused on team engagement, strategic initiatives, and enhancing personal lines insurance offerings.

In this 18-month secondment with our Underwriting team, you will oversee the development of an effective team capable of meeting diverse needs. You’ll organize corporate audits, establish strong working relationships, and lead discussions on performance and improvement strategies. Your ability to foster collaboration across regions and support your team's development will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage a high-performance team

• Implement improvement initiatives and strategies

• Conduct audits while working with Facility Association

• Foster relationships with underwriters and regional managers

• Encourage a culture of support and recognition

Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of management experience

• CIP or FCIP qualification preferred

• Proven skills in coaching and relationship building

• Familiarity with personal lines products and systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills
