Position: Equipment Yard Supervisor at Ritchie Bros.
Become a key player at Ritchie Bros. as an Equipment & Yard Supervisor overseeing inspection operations and yard management. This full-time role requires overseeing asset displays and maintaining safety standards.

The Equipment & Yard Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the inspection operations team. With a focus on ensuring equipment is displayed orderly, you will oversee processes including equipment inspections and the Admin systems for asset transactions. You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, and may travel to different auction sites for inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement Ritchie Bros. Inspection Operations (RBIO) standards

• Collaborate with Safety and Environmental Coordinator

• Oversee refurbishing schedule and budget controls

• Ensure quality control for RBIO procedures

• Monitor key performance indicators and customer experiences

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years related experience

• Valid and clean driver’s license

• Ability to work overtime and weekends

• Capacity to climb large equipment

• Willingness to travel for inspections
