Calgary Land Development Project Manager

In this role, your responsibilities will include overseeing site development, preparing necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with municipal standards. As a leader of multidisciplinary teams, you will proactively manage client communication and project expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide municipal and land development projects from design to construction
• Manage applications for development permits and agreements
• Liaise with municipal authorities for timely project approvals
• Conduct quality control and ensure adherence to standards
• Support construction delivery and contractor management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or P.Tech accreditation in Alberta
• Minimum of 10 years in land development project management
• Extensive experience in multidisciplinary team leadership
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers
