This management role involves overseeing training programs, maintaining compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency within the Inbound Department. You will also ensure safety protocols are followed and manage daily labor costs to meet departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement training and development programs for staff

• Analyze inbound volume for efficiency and process flow

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• Prepare and assess reports for inbound operations

• Ensure damage-free and timely order processing

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary an asset

• Minimum 4 years management experience within warehousing

• Deep understanding of Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage deadlines
