Position: Alberta Global Reservations Supervisor Role
Manage global reservations and enhance guest satisfaction with Pursuit as the Global Reservations Supervisor. In this hybrid role, you will lead a team to achieve high service standards and operational excellence.

This position requires a motivated individual to oversee the performance and scheduling of a global team based in Alberta. You will be responsible for daily operations while ensuring compliance and effective service recovery. Strong leadership and analytical skills will help you track KPIs and foster continuous improvement practices within the team, supporting a seamless experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop team capabilities through coaching and mentoring

• Lead operational scheduling and timekeeping management

• Reinforce service standards across all communication channels

• Drive results through data analysis of key metrics

• Support peak guest interactions effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality or customer service

• Leadership experience in a similar environment

• Proficient in verbal and written communication

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Preferred experience with scheduling software
